Partida was a part of the Taste of the Senses event on November 5th at the Mexican Pavilion at Disney's Epcot. It was held in La Cava de Tequila Restaurant and Bar. Customers were given the chance to taste authentic Mexican cuisine and Tequila Partida. There were 1,000 guests that attended and each were sampled on Partida Blanco and the Partida Margarita. The reviews from the guests, staff and management of La Cava de Tequila were excellent towards Partida!

Tequila Partida presents the Spirit Bird Challenge! We are looking for the cocktail that best represents the Spirit of Key West and exemplifies the True Spirit of Tequila. Open to all bartenders in South Florida, please submit your best Partida cocktail and photo to recipe@spiritbirdchallenge.com for a chance to win one of many great prizes and have your cocktail featured on the Partida website.

Top entries will be asked to compete in person.

Partida Spirit Bird Competition Rules

- The cocktail must contain at least 1.5 oz of Partida Tequila. You can use Partida Blanco, Partida Reposado or Partida Añejo.

- The cocktail cannot contain more than 7 ingredients including garnish.

- Your cocktail can be served in your glassware of choice.

- Please submit your recipes in ounce measurements with all details of preparation and technique.

- You will have 10 minutes to prepare 4 (four) of your cocktails. One each will go to the three judges and one will be for display and for the crowd to try.

- Please bring any of your own specialty bar equipment as only the basics will be provided.

- If your drink requires and special ingredients that are not readily available then please bring them to the competition. This includes any special home made bitters, tinctures, infusions or syrups. The venue will only be responsible for providing very basic ingredients like lemons, limes, etc.

- Please bring along your own modifiers or liqueurs.
