Authenticity is important to Jose and he monitors the entire production process including the quality of agave, cooking, milling, fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. Jose ensures that Partida Tequila remains one of the highest quality and most consistent premium tequilas in the world. He holds a Tequila Expert degree from Cultura y Capacitación del Tequila A.C. (Tequila Culture and Training Association), and is also a certified Tequila Technician from the Consejo Regulador del Tequila (Tequila Regulatory Council) and the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara (Autonomous University of Guadalajara).
